Every electronic shelf labels quote we send is built around your store, not a price list. The first quote is only as good as the details behind it, so here is what helps us most.

Your shelf count and shelf types. Tell us roughly how many shelf edges, peg hooks, fridges and counters need a label, and whether the shelving is metal, wooden or wire. Photos of a few typical shelves are often enough.

Your POS or ERP system. Name the system you use and whether prices come from head office or are set in store. This decides how the software connects and how quickly prices reach the shelf. Most systems that can export prices as an Excel, CSV or JSON file connect without development work, and direct links to MySQL, SQL Server and Oracle databases are also possible.

Your store size and layout. Floor area and the number of aisles tell us how many gateways you need for full coverage.

Typical setups we quote for:

• Petrol garage forecourt shops: a few hundred 2.13″ and 2.9″ labels for snacks, drinks and car care, usually one gateway, and a larger label at the coffee or food counter.
• Small shops and convenience stores: mostly 2.13″ and 2.9″ labels on standard shelves, often covered by a single gateway.
• Pharmacies and health stores: compact 1.54″ labels for small packs on narrow shelves, with 2.13″ labels on standard lines and a gateway sized to the floor area.
• Supermarkets: thousands of labels across every aisle, 4.2″ labels in fresh produce, larger displays on promotional end caps, and several gateways.

If we need to see the shelving before the quote is final, we will ask for a few more photos or arrange a visit. Nothing is ordered until you have approved the itemised plan.
